Hi, I’m Joyti the Founder of Joy Wellbeing. My background is in Research, Psychology, Psychotherapy and Yoga.
Therapy:
I provide a supportive space for individuals to reclaim the life they want through positive, solution-focused conversations. In just a few therapy sessions, I can help you to feel better and start moving toward the life you hope for. Through conversation, I guide you to discover your own solutions that work best for you in a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space.
Yoga:
Following my interest in the mind-body connection, I am a trained Vinyasa Flow yoga teacher. This style involves using the breath to help transition the body through a sequence of poses. My style is mainly slow flow, focusing on taking time to rest, recharge and helping you find your peace in the pose.
Events:
I organise and run self-care events. Often these include slow flow yoga, meditation and a chance to reflect with a free workbook. I collaborate with a range of wellbeing experts including sound healing, aromatherapy and reiki.
Workplace Wellbeing:
~Prioritise you at work.You can expect (1) a mindful moment (2) mindful movement. I share theoretically informed tools and techniques to incorporate into your day. Alongside desk-friendly stretches. To help reset between meetings and the demands of our to-do lists.
