Hi, I’m Joyti the Founder of Joy Wellbeing. My background is in Psychology, Psychotherapy and Yoga.
Therapy:
A gentle, supportive space to slow down, reflect and reconnect with yourself. Through compassionate, solution-focused conversations, I help you explore meaningful change, build on your strengths and discover practical ways to move towards a calmer, more balanced life.
Yoga:
Inspired by the mind-body connection, I offer gentle, breath-led mindful movement practices designed to support emotional wellbeing, rest and reconnection. Rooted in Vinyasa Flow yoga, my sessions focus on slowing down, creating calm and helping you find peace within the pose.
Coaching:
A supportive 4-week coaching experience designed to help women feel calmer, more grounded, and more connected to themselves. This programme offers a gentle space to pause, reflect, and create meaningful change through compassionate coaching, mindfulness, and practical wellbeing tools.
Events:
I organise and run self-care events. Often these include slow flow yoga, guided meditation, breathwork and wellbeing coaching with resources. I also run collaborate events alongside a range of wellbeing experts including sound healing, pilates aromatherapy and reiki.
Workplace Wellbeing:
This programme combines mindful moments and gentle movement to help you slow down and reset during the working day. Using psychologically informed tools, calming techniques and desk-friendly stretches, the sessions create space to pause, breathe and reconnect amongst meetings, deadlines and the demands of everyday work life.
